Room above us had flooded; maintenance was working on ours, and we got moved to a different one - toilet didn't work, so we had to change rooms again - third room was nice and what we should've been given in the first place, since we'd reserved an upgraded one - appreciated being able to open the windows to get fresh air - front desk clerk was busy, but extremely helpful - Nov 2007
Convenient to restaurants and shops - surrounding businesses created an eyesore, had a garage next door - reasonable price - hotel was clean and smelled nice, had pretty decor - we felt safe - some of the bathroom flooring was damaged - housekeeping came too early - front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating - no pool - good stay - Aug 2007
