Convenient to the interstate - I was put in room far from the lobby - room was humid, decor was dark and dreary - carpet was so filthy it turned my feet black - management wasn't responsive to my complaints - no lids for coffee cups - Jun 2007

Convenient location - housekeeping staff didn't speak English well, so it was hard to get what we needed - we were never able to use the guest computer because people were playing video games on it - most employees were friendly and helpful - great continental breakfast - nice hotel - Nov 2008
