Room wasn't clean enough - wall was dirty - bathroom floor was filthy, and the shower curtain had mold - I asked housekeeping to leave fresh towels at the door, but they came in the room - front desk clerks were resourceful and eager to help - disappointed - Jun 2008

Convenient to the interstate - bare-minimum hotel - decor needed improvement - AC in room was off when we arrived, so we called the front desk clerk to come check it; we weren't offered any solution, but room was finally bearable when we returned from dinner at 11 PM - pool area was nice - staff seemed annoyed when we reported the AC problem and paid little attention to service, needed to be more professional and friendly - we wouldn't stay again - Aug 2007
