Room had a kitchenette - housekeeping knocked on our door despite "Do Not Disturb" sign - staff was rude and completely unhelpful; didn't provide requested cot, and we had to ask for extra blankets 4 times before we got them - no one answered the front desk phone - elevator wasn't working properly - May 2008
