General cleanliness of hotel left much to be desired - room walls were paper-thin - bed linens hadn't been changed before my arrival; I found a pair of men's underwear under a pillow - when I requested a new room, front desk clerk said she'd file a complaint; then she handed me a new set of sheets for me to make my own bed - manager never returned my call, finally I cornered him at checkout and got a discount for my experience - I'd never stay again - Oct 2007
