  Needed improvement - great location between Rts. 38 and 73 - no security - man sitting on stairs when we arrived was sleeping on hallway floor when we returned in evening - confusing to find room - non-smoking room smelled like smoke, found matches - painted bathtub was peeling - front desk clerk was pleasant - comfortable bar, nice live music - Dec 2005
