Easy access to area highways - had to stay in smoking room our first night - when the toilet got clogged, I was handed a plunger and paper towels - pool was closed one day because of excessive chemicals, and the hot tub didn't work the entire week - most of the equipment in the fitness room was broken - Aug 2007
Nice hotel - staff wasn't friendly, gave us wrong directions - enjoyed the pool - great continental breakfast, nice eating area - Mar 2007

Nice exterior - we were given the wrong room at first; mistake was corrected when we complained, but staff didn't seem happy about it - room was damp and dingy - fridge had mold in it - carpet around bathtub was soaking wet - Oct 2007

Never got requested wake-up call - housekeeper left a TV on a dolly in my room, right in front of the door; an employee came in without knocking and told me to leave it there until the next day - had trouble with the key card - lock broke my last day; had to wait 2 hours for maintenance to fix it and let me in the room to get my luggage - decent restaurant and bar next door - Oct 2008
