Non-smoking room was dirty - carpet needed vacuuming - blanket had cigarette burns - chairs were stained - there was a brown spot on the floor by the bathtub - smoke came into our room from the hallway - no one answered the phone at the front desk at midnight - band was playing in the bar until 1 AM - I'd never stay again - Sep 2008
