Clean and fresh - room was nice and extremely quiet - bed was comfortable - I was greeted by a pleasant and helpful front desk clerk - parking lot needed a makeover - nice place to stay - Mar 2008
Hard to access from the main highway - room wasn't ready at check-in, and I had to wait a couple of hours - enjoyed the indoor pool - parking lot had too many curbs to drive around - Dec 2007
Room was clean, AC worked well - pool was too cold, but hot tub was nice and warm - good continental breakfast - no elevator - we recommend - Jun 2006

Convenient to QT - room was dirty - no screens on windows, so bugs came in when they were open - bathtub had hair in it, and there wasn't enough hot water - there was blood on toilet paper roll - hallways were smoky - I'll never stay again - Oct 2007

Good location - exterior was nice - we were displeased with hotel condition and quality of beds and linens - room smelled bad and needed better cleaning - employees on break congregated outside our room early in the morning - got 6 AM wake-up call we didn't request - staff wasn't particularly friendly or interested in the well-being of guests - pool had too much chlorine, and hot tub had soap bubbles - continental breakfast lacked variety - Jun 2007
