    Very poor customer service - room wasn't cleaned the entire weekend - no fresh towels were provided - we were told to bring dirty towels to front desk if we wanted fresh ones - bathroom light didn't work and we were told to just use heat lamp - phone in room would only call front desk - Aug 2005
