Hotel was quaint and elegant, but needed improvement - room wasn't ready at check-in time - curtains were torn and didn't fully close - wrong remote for TV - literature in room said room service ended at 10 PM, but when we tried to order, we were told it ended at 9 PM - we were served, but food was cold - good housekeeping staff - bar staff was unattentive - Mar 2006
