Staff was rude, immature, and inexperienced - the 1st day, the bed was half-made, and no toiletries were supplied - room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day, though we were gone for 11 hours; no compensation or even fresh towels were offered - we left early - May 2009

Seemed overpriced - check-in staff was friendly and helpful - Sep 2008
