  Good location and price - room was tired, had a frayed carpet - king-sized bed was comfortable - 2 lightbulbs were out, but only 1 was replaced - toilet was broken, but was promptly fixed - had a guest computer with Internet access in the lobby - staff was attentive - breakfast area was small and cramped - elevator needed to be refurbished - May 2008
