Front desk staff was rude - a disappointing stay - Aug 2009

Close to Andrews AFB - key card had to be reprogrammed numerous times - we had to wake up the front desk clerk at 11 AM - staff didn't speak English well - pool was in poor condition, and opened 2 hours late - don't recommend - Jul 2009
I felt unsafe in the area - I arrived well after check-in time, but my room hadn't been cleaned; it wasn't cleaned until after 5 PM - smelled bad - hair dryer didn't work - no "Do Not Disturb" sign available; despite asking not to be woken up by housekeeping, they knocked on my door every morning at 9 AM - staff was rude and unhelpful - people hung around the parking lot at night drinking alcohol - I hated every day of my stay - May 2009
