Convenient to the naval base - Jul 2008
I called 2 days before arriving to confirm everything, but when we arrived we were given a non-smoking handicap room; I had reserved a smoking room with 2 beds - room was undergoing some type of construction - didn't have a phone, so we had to go to front desk to call for food delivery - had an ice machine - horrible stay - Aug 2007
Place was under renovation, but didn't bother us - room was nice, clean, and tidy - door was broken, so we informed the front desk clerk; she was hospitable and made a note about it - no breakfast offered - Aug 2007
Hotel was in the process of renovating - smell from cleaning products and paint was overwhelming - rooms shouldn't have been open for use - didn't have electricity, AC, or baseboards - carpet had paint on it - TV didn't work - my money was refunded - Aug 2007
