We arrived at 7 PM, but didn't get in room until midnight - 1st room didn't have Internet access - 2nd room didn't have working heater - 3rd room was acceptable - manager never called me as I requested - some front desk clerks were unconcerned and surly, answered our questions without even looking up - Nov 2007

I was put in handicap room at first, but was moved to regular room at my request - carpet and chairs had stains, but renovations were underway - saw some hair in the bathroom - loved the shower "pod" - I'll return - Oct 2007
