  Room smelled like an old ashtray - sink didn't drain - hotel ran out of towels; after waiting 45 minutes, we were given damp ones - employees were personable and apologetic - we couldn't park under the carport when we arrived because another car was there, and the driver was inside watching TV - Jun 2008
