  Right next to the expressway, easy to find - room had a fridge and microwave - 1st room smelled bad, so we were moved to a different room - sink was outside the bathroom; outlet didn't hold plugs well - small lobby - check-in and checkout were a breeze - adequate continental breakfast - easy parking - Sep 2008

  Close to Midway airport - room carpet was loose and torn - hallway wasn't well-lit - several exterior lightbulbs were burned out - breakfast items ran out early and weren't replenished - Jun 2008

  Hotel was under renovation - 1st room smelled bad, AC in 2nd room was broken, 3rd room had construction next door - room wasn't cleaned well - TV didn't work, but staff fixed it - staff was more than happy to address all of my problems, but didn't offer any compensation for all the problems I had - Apr 2008
