Seemed overpriced - villas were poorly maintained - AC didn't work well - had to ask staff to vacuum, and carpets were in bad shape - windows were dirty, ruining the nice view - customer service needed improvement - Aug 2007

Condo was spacious, had newer kitchen - living room furniture smelled funny - fantastic views of ocean and migrating whales - staff was friendly and accommodating - great snorkeling on property - pool areas were quiet, but fencing blocked views - dining at The Ritz was great - loved our stay and would return - Apr 2006

Lovely area for walking and jogging - nice view of ocean and whales - mattress and sofa bed were very hard - handles in shower were in state of disrepair - loved this place, we'll be back - Feb 2006
