Water leaked into the room from the window during a rainstorm - poor housekeeping; laundry bag wasn't replaced as requested, and a bag of garbage was left on the desk - fire alarm went off at 4:15 AM and wasn't shut off until 5 AM - valet service was incredibly efficient - Jul 2009

I constantly heard water running; asked to change rooms several times, but my requests were ignored - front desk clerk was rude and treated me like I was stupid - staff wasn't helpful or informative, and yelled at me for using the beach chairs without asking first - I was disgusted with this hotel - Jan 2009
