Close to downtown, stores, and restaurants - non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and request for room change was denied unless we paid extra for suite - room was spacious but not clean - carpet was dirty, bathroom floor needed sweeping - accidentally broke carafe for coffeemaker, and it was never replaced - front desk staff was unfriendly - Feb 2007
