  Good location - room smelled like smoke and wasn't properly cleaned - needed better soundproofing - freezer was completely frozen and had old ice cream in it - asked for extra towels, but never got any - staff wasn't organized - Feb 2008

  Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - I stepped on the exposed tack board of the carpet - beds were past their prime - there was a cigarette burn by the sink - tile needed grout - toilet rocked since it wasn't properlly secured - Dec 2007
