    Clean, nice room, but ours was across from the noisy ice machine - Jan 2009
    Hotel was clean and neat - comforter was stained, and there were no blankets - no TV remote in room, and when we got one, it didn't work - no hot water for showers - housekeeping didn't show up until 10:30 PM, but accommodated my requests - someone knocked on our door to find out when we were checking out - front desk staff wasn't professional or courteous - Oct 2007
    Room was clean, overlooked the garden - staff was pleasant - disappointed that pool was closed - Oct 2006
