Cash Back Rewards

Our rewards program is simple.

When you make a reservation through Hotel-Guides, save your confirmation number.

When you have 5 confirmation numbers, email them to us and we will send you a check for $25.

Send us 10 confirmation numbers, and we'll send you $50 ... and so forth.

We send rewards checks to the person who made the reservations. So if you are responsible for making hotel reservations in your organization, this is an easy way to earn extra money.

More Information

This program is an extra benefit. It will not affect a traveler's hotel chain reward points.
You are responsible for keeping a record of your confirmation numbers.
Please send confirmation numbers to rewards@hotel-guides.us.
Send only multiples of five ... 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.
Send confirmation numbers anytime after travel has been completed.
Please include the name and address of the individual (or organization) to whom the rewards check should be sent.
Only one person can claim a reward for a given confirmation number.
Only reservations made after February 20, 2009 are eligible for this program.
Canceled and "no show" reservations are not eligible for rewards.
Reservations made through our group reservations service are not eligible, as this service has its own incentives.
Car rental reservations are not eligible for rewards.

HOTEL TIPS

Tip 1 – Best advice we can give you: Beware of non-refundable hotel reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them.

Tip 2 – Read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation.

Tip 3 – When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Print it and take it with you, and don't delete the original email until you have completed your stay and know you have been billed correctly.

Tip 4 – The earlier in the day you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.

Tip 5 – Hotel rates vary by season, by day of week, for special events, etc. Our $ cost codes are estimates that can be used to compare hotels in the same location.

We do offer discount rates for corporate, government, and military employees, AAA and AARP members, seniors, and other groups. But we do not base our cost codes on these discounts.
