Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - couldn't adjust the temperature, and the heating and cooling unit was loud - carpet was filthy, found beer can tabs on the floor - poor TV reception; maintenance came, but didn't fix it - Internet connection wasn't reliable - only one coffee cup provided - breakfast was expensive and terrible - inconvenient parking area - not a good experience - Aug 2008

Windows in room didn't even open, so it was impossible to get fresh air - duvets didn't make up for the extremely hard beds - TV only had a few selections - wireless Internet access didn't work well, and code was changed day of checkout - toilet handle was broken - our request for an extra duvet was approved at 6 AM, but then denied by a snippy day clerk - back elevator squealed - altogether, not a positive experience - Aug 2007
