Bad location - property was filthy and needed a complete overhaul - walkway leading to room was unfinished dirty cement - walls were dirty and smeared - front desk clerk was rude and quite hard to understand - didn't have any room to park, so I had to park on the street and risk getting towed or a ticket - horrible experience, don't recommend - Aug 2007
Close to campus and BART - room wasn't clean enough and smelled bad - staff was fine - don't recommend - Apr 2007

Hotel was being remodeled and caused somewhat of an inconvenience, water was turned off for a short period of time without warning - enjoyed view of the Marina - room and hallways could've been a bit cleaner, but were nice overall - staff should've informed guests of the buoy alarm that went off every 8 seconds - restaurant food was quite good - Jan 2008
Nice waterfront location - room stunk, so I changed rooms - TV hardly had any channels - ordered a chicken Caesar salad from in-room food service and got a stack of lettuce leaves with two slices of chicken on top - pool and hot tub were full of kids jumping around, even at 11 PM - parking was terrible - I wasn't impressed - Aug 2007

Not a good value - hotel floors squeaked so much that we felt like we were in a haunted house - room needed a serious facelift - there was no AC, so it was stiflingly hot - bed squeaked with the slightest move - breakfast buffet was just adequate - we were disappointed - May 2009
