Easy to get to - had to enter hotel through main entrance between 11 PM and 7 AM - staff was friendly and helpful, but I was unhappy that I never received a call about clothing I left behind - fitness room was hard to locate, and equipment was outdated - won't stay again - Feb 2008

Hotel was relatively quiet - room had soft sheets and towels - front desk clerks were exceptionally friendly - pool could've used a major overhaul - parking lot was covered in ice, needed some sort of anti-slip treatment instead of just warning signs - Feb 2008

Room had extremely thin walls - hallways were noisy late into the night and early in the morning - had a nice central garden and green belt accessible from main level rooms - front desk clerk wasn't helpful or concerned - loved the pool - not happy with the lack of parking, it should've been for guests only - not a great experience - Aug 2007
